New fish merchant set to open on Kirkcaldy High Street

Burntisland-based C. Sinclair Fresh Fish Merchants is opening in the Lang Toun on Tuesday.

The fishmonger is launching a second shop in the unit on the corner of Tolbooth Street which latterly operated as a charity shop.

Owner Calum Sinclair said: “The decision to expand and open our second store has been led by the increase in customer demand for quality fresh fish and seafood.
